原資料と訳語の確認事項（2026年10月26日追記） 本資料はCOIの総会報告 A/80/337 に対応する。原文の文書日付は 2025年8月14日 であり、従来のページ名の「9月14日」と異なる。文書日付と9月の公表時点を分けて引用する。 また、下の訳文に見られる「パレスチナ非占領領域」は、英語原文 Occupied Palestinian Territory に対応するため、**「パレスチナ被占領地域（被占領領域）」**と読む必要がある。原文が「占領されていない領域」と述べているわけではない。 今回は長文の原文・訳文を保全し、全面的な再校訂は行っていない。研究・引用では英語原文と照合されたい。原文・公式文書情報／国連独立国際調査委員会（COI）――事実調査・証拠保全・国際法上の責任。
