ベネズエラ・ボリバル共和国に関する独立国際事実調査団（Independent International Fact-Finding Mission on the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela）

設立とマンデート（任期）

2019年9月27日、国連人権理事会は決議42/25を通じて、2014年以降に犯されたとされる人権侵害を評価するため、1年間の任期で「ベネズエラ・ボリバル共和国に関する独立国際事実調査団」を設立した。

同事実調査団の最新のマンデート（任期）は、理事会決議57/36により、2026年10月まで延長された。
